Congrats to two high5 sponsored athletes this
month. First, Lisa Marangon won the Bussleton
half ironman triathlon - very much deserved! Especially
after falling off her bike again only two
weeks before with heavy rib damage.
Second, congrats to Paul Ambrose who came 4th in the first Triathlon
ONE O ONE Race in a smoking time of 5:59
over the 3km/130km/30km course in Bradenton,
Florida.
And finally congrats to local hero Dean King, and the Tuesday morning pace setter for our training squad [F.A.S.T.],
who took out the NSW club champs, a high5 sponsored
event.
