This month I would like to talk about
run training shoes. again an important
piece of equipt to stop you getting
injured and to get you from a to b
as fast and comfortable as possible.
This
new segment I will try to bring you
any new tips that I found on the market.
If you have any please don't hesitate

.we
would love to share them with everyone.
As a 60kg runner my preference is
a light shoe. I used Asics DS trainers
for a while but found when they changed
the design a few years back it seemed
to bring on tightness in the calves
and I found many people had the same
problem.
About 2-3 months ago they
bought out a new model and I have
to say it was the best shoe I've worn
for at least 5 years. Light but supportive
and could be used for both racing
and training and with good arch support.
A slightly hard rubber but never the
less a great feeling shoe.
Just when
I was happy with my run shoes all
the sudden I came across the adidas
adizero cs..woh! This shoe blew me
away.
It was light ,a great soft cushioned
landing and really felt fast. All
the sudden I have 2 great shoes after
scratching my head for years.
Check
out these shoes when you next pass
your run shoe store they are really
great shoes.
